BC Hot House Oven-Roasted Roma Tomatoes

BC Hot House Roma Tomatoes

Garlic cloves
Parmesan cheese, thin shavings
1/4 cup
Olive oil
1 tbsp.
Fresh thyme
1 tbsp.
Fresh oregano
1 tsp.
Basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Cut Roma Tomates lengthwise

Preheat oven to 400&Mac251;F. Toss tomatoes, olive oil, thyme, oregano, basil, salt and pepper together in a large bowl. Let stand for 20 minutes.

Place tomatoes on a baking sheet and pour remaining mixture over.

Roast tomatoes until the skin starts to peel away (approx. 5-9 minutes).
Place parmesan cheese over slices.
