BC Hot House carefully sorts produce by size and appearance. All produce is graded by hand (to prevent bruising) and is sorted based on the visual quality attributes including: texture, diameter, scarring, cracks and other defects. We grade and pack the fruit within 24 hours and send to customers and distributors across North America with some destinations as far away as Asia.
